LADIES MEMBERSHIPS

Women Only

We understand the preference for women to train in exclusively women only environments. Our women only classes and classes for girls aged 9-15 are taught by female instructors.

There is a strict policy of no men allowed during these classes and no photography or filming. Thus you can rest assured your training space is a safe and comfortable zone where you can relax and enjoy your session without the anxiety of risk of passer- bys and surprise visits from male staff members walking in.

Kids Trial & Equipment Information

All new children must attend a trial class before joining to ensure the class is suitable and spaces are available.

Each child is entitled to one free trial class. Any additional trial sessions will be charged.

Please note that uniforms and required equipment are compulsory for all children’s classes and can be purchased at the club.

For safety reasons, only equipment purchased through the club is permitted. External or third-party equipment cannot be used in class.
