The Kids 313 Karate Shin & Instep Guards are designed to provide junior students with practical lower-leg and foot protection during karate training, partner drills and sparring.
The guards feature separate padded sections across the front of the shin and instep, helping provide protection to the main contact areas while still allowing the leg and ankle to move naturally.
Rather than relying on external straps, the stretch sleeve construction fits around the lower leg and foot to help keep the guards securely positioned during training. An open heel design allows greater flexibility around the ankle while helping maintain a comfortable fit.
